It is the sole responsibility of the customer to exercise reasonable promptness in examining his bank account statement(s) or e-statement(s) and in notifying the bank promptly of any discrepancy. The customer hereby undertakes to notify the bank in writing, within 30 days of the receipt of the bank account statement(s) or e-statement(s), of any unauthorized payments, error or incorrect entry. In case of change of address/e-mail address, the customer shall inform the bank in writing and provide the applicable proof of residential address.
